Aptos Names Retail Business Industry Veteran Lawrence Jackson to Board of Directors

Jackson’s Leadership and Management Experience with Top Retailers to Further Aptos Growth and Efforts to Engage Customers Differently

ATLANTA, Dec. 29, 2015 ? Aptos, Inc., a recognized market leader in retail technology solutions, today announced the appointment of retail business industry veteran Lawrence Jackson to its board of directors.

Jackson is chairman of SourceMark, LLC and founder and managing director of Alamo Group. He also is a board member of Assurant, Inc.; IRI; JDA Software Group, Inc.; and ABB Optical Group.

With his wealth of business and retail experience, Lawrence is a great addition to our board of directors and will be a valuable strategic advisor, said Noel Goggin, chief executive officer and culture leader for Aptos. Jacksons extensive retail industry experience includes service in senior management positions for many of the nations largest retail and consumer goods companies, including Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., Dollar General Corporation, Safeway, Inc., and PepsiCo, Inc.
