Chief Executive Officer
With a history of empowering software organizations to deliver exceptional results for customers, employees and shareholders, Pete was appointed CEO of Aptos in November 2020 fully intent on having the most positive and profound impact on the customers and colleagues he is committed to serve.
Most recently, Pete served as Chairman of the Board of LLamasoft, a leading provider of AI-powered supply chain analytics software. Prior to that, Pete was Chairman, Executive Chairman and CEO of Eze Software, a private-equity backed leader in enterprise software for financial services firms.
For nearly a decade, Pete led publicly-traded, supply chain software and services provider Manhattan Associates as President and CEO. He also served on Manhattan’s Board of Directors.
Additionally, Pete has held CEO and executive-level roles at several other technology companies throughout his career, including CheckFree Corporation, NewRoads and Dun & Bradstreet. He currently serves on the board of Ellucian, a cloud-based software company in the education space.
Pete resides in Atlanta, Georgia, where Aptos is headquartered.
Chief Product Officer
With a deep expertise in delivering cloud-based, enterprise software and SaaS managed-services offerings, Karthik serves as Aptos’ Chief Product Officer, overseeing the company’s global product management and product development organizations.
Karthik has held multiple leadership roles helping define product strategy and delivering best-in-class solutions to market. Most recently he was Executive Vice President and Chief Product Officer at LLamasoft, a Coupa company, where he led the product management, applied research and engineering organizations.
Karthik served as a Senior Vice President at Equifax where he led several areas of the business including sales, customer delivery, marketing of new products and technology, and analytical services.
Additionally, his broad leadership experience includes senior positions with Avitru, TrueDemand Software, and i2 Technologies (acquired by JDA Software, now Blue Yonder).
Karthik resides in Atlanta, Georgia, where Aptos is headquartered.
Chief Financial Officer
Serving as Aptos’ Chief Financial Officer, David has more than 20 years of experience in international finance management and cross-functional leadership for enterprise technology companies. He is responsible for overseeing Aptos’ global finance organization, including financial planning and analysis, accounting and tax functions.
Before joining Aptos, David was the CFO at N3 (now part of Accenture), where he drove long-term strategic planning and analysis for N3’s global growth.
Prior to N3, David held various financial leadership roles at Verint Systems, a billion-dollar, publicly traded provider of customer engagement and cyber intelligence solutions. As the company’s Senior Vice President of Finance, he led the budgeting and forecasting process as well as back-office integrations for multiple acquisitions. David joined Verint Systems through its acquisition of Witness Systems, where he had served as Vice President Corporate Controller.
Earlier in his career, David held leadership positions at Siemens and KPMG.

Chief Legal Officer
For nearly 25 years, Aptos and its predecessor companies have benefited from the sage legal counsel of David Baum. Currently serving as Aptos’ Chief Legal Officer, David has played a key role in major milestones throughout Aptos’ remarkable journey to-date.
Beyond supporting the company’s diverse business interests, David is responsible for all legal affairs which include providing legal and strategic advice to the executive team; drafting and negotiation of contracts; intellectual property protection; mergers and acquisitions; counsel relative to employment law; management of regulatory compliance; implementing risk management processes; and addressing general corporate and commercial matters.
Based in Montreal, and licensed and admitted to practice in New York State and the Province Quebec, David has vast software and technology industry expertise, with particular specializations in software licensing, cloud, data security, PCI-DSS/PA-DSS and privacy.
Chief Marketing Officer
Currently Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Aptos, Nicole brings more than two decades of experience directing and managing marketing strategy, operations, product marketing and business development at global, high-growth B2B enterprise software companies including Manhattan Associates, JDA and Red Prairie (now Blue Yonder) and ACI Worldwide.
Experienced in many facets of global technology organizations, she has a deep understanding of corporate and product strategy development; enhancing brand equity through positioning and messaging; maximizing revenue streams; and improving team effectiveness. Nicole is responsible for Aptos’ global marketing function; overseeing brand strategy, driving awareness, demand generation initiatives, and business development for the company and its broad solutions portfolio.
With a proven track record of leadership in both privately-held and publicly-traded companies, Nicole has helped successfully complete numerous mergers and acquisitions including subsequent integration.

Chief Human Resources Officer
Serving as Aptos’ Chief Human Resources Officer, Terry is a seasoned HR leader with more than 30 years of experience. He currently oversees Aptos’ organizational initiatives and global human resources, ensuring that these areas are core competencies and differentiators for the business.
Most recently, Terry served as Chief Human Resources Officer for Manhattan Associates. During his decade-long tenure, his global responsibilities included training and development, compensation and benefits, payroll, diversity, talent acquisition and community affairs. Terry also led the company’s customer education and change management consulting business.
Previously, he served as a Principal Consultant for Linkage, Inc. where he designed, developed and taught leadership and change management programs. Before that, Terry was the Senior Vice President of Human Resources for McKesson Corporation, leading all global human resources functions for McKesson’s Healthcare IT business.
Terry resides in Atlanta, Georgia, where Aptos is headquartered.
Senior Vice President of Customer Operations
In a software-industry career spanning 35 years, Paul Good has driven organizations to achieve excellent levels of customer success. Paul joined Aptos in November 2021 as Senior Vice President of Customer Operations. In this role, Paul oversees global customer support, cloud operations and centralized shared services.
Prior to coming to Aptos, Paul was Vice President of Americas Customer Services at Teradata, an enterprise analytics company, where he was employed for a decade. There, he was responsible for customer service operations, including delivery, sales processes and overall customer satisfaction.
Earlier in his career, Paul held numerous roles within Hewlett-Packard’s software division, including Chief Learning Officer and Vice President and General Manager for Software Services, during his 24-year tenure with the company.

General Manager, Americas
With more than 25 years of experience in elevating organizational performance, Jeremy serves as Aptos’ General Manager for the Americas. He brings to Aptos a strong track record of leadership in P&L management, sales, professional services and customer relationship management for enterprise technology companies.
In this role, Jeremy oversees the sales, solution consulting, professional services and software delivery teams in the Americas. He also leads various global functions for the business, including sales operations, partner strategy and solution principals.
Jeremy came to Aptos from Global Payments, a payment technology and software solutions provider, where he was a Senior Vice President. During his time there, Jeremy had multiple executive roles, including overall leadership for the Food Service Management Business Unit and for the Retail and International groups within the Xenial division.
Prior to Global Payments, Jeremy was the Chief Operating Officer for North America at MICROS Systems, a provider of enterprise solutions and services for the hospitality and retail industries. Following Oracle’s acquisition of MICROS, he served as a Regional Vice President of Sales for Oracle.
Jeremy is based near Cleveland, Ohio.
General Manager, EMEA
Serving as Aptos’ General Manager for EMEA, Thilo has spent more than 20 years successfully bringing his customer-focused, results-driven mindset to leading multinational software organizations. He has a strong record in strategic, entrepreneurial leadership and a deep background in retail technologies. He oversees Aptos’ sales, solution consulting, professional services and software delivery teams in the EMEA region.
Prior to joining Aptos, Thilo most recently held the roles of Senior Vice President of Sales and Vice President of Customer Services at GK Software SE, a provider of omnichannel retail applications, where he played a key role in their strong performance over recent years.
Thilo held multiple executive roles at MICROS Systems, a provider of enterprise solutions and services for the hospitality and retail industries. This included serving as Managing Director of MICROS Retail in Central Europe where he helped drive both increased customer satisfaction and growth in the region.
Thilo is based in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
General Manager, Asia Pacific
Based in Singapore, Zaki has full P&L responsibility for the Asia-Pacific region and oversees Aptos’ local sales, solution consulting, professional services and software delivery teams.
With a strong global knowledgebase and more than 20 years of retail experience, he has covered a variety of sales and delivery management roles at leading software companies. Most recently, Zaki led sales in Southeast Asia for JDA, now Blue Yonder. Prior to that he held senior leadership roles with responsibility for sales, consulting and services delivery at RedPrairie (acquired by JDA, now Blue Yonder) and Oracle Retail.
Throughout his career, Zaki has worked with major retailers spanning five continents.
General Manager, Revionics
As General Manager for the Revionics business unit, Scott oversees Revionics’ growth and evolution as the leading provider of science-based solutions for pricing, promotions, markdowns and competitive insights. Scott joined Revionics in 2018 and has embraced progressive leadership roles within the company following Aptos’ acquisition of Revionics in 2020.
For the past 25+ years, Scott has led successful strategic transformations across myriad retail companies and formats, combining his extensive hands-on experience in retail merchandising operations, management consulting and information technology.
Recognized as a thought leader within the pricing industry, Scott is a frequent speaker at retail events and has participated on customer advisory boards for some of the leading software, hardware and analytics companies servicing the retail industry.
Before joining Revionics, Scott held leadership positions at Belk, Family Dollar, BearingPoint, Accenture and Boomerang Commerce.
Scott resides in Charlotte, North Carolina.
