When you register for an event, we collect information such as your first and last name, job title, company name, business email address and other similar business and travel information We use this information to communicate with you and in some cases facilitate your registration. Additionally, we may share your registration data with our service providers in order to register you, make necessary arrangements to enable you to participate in the event, gain feedback, improve your experience at our events and inform you of future events.
We may receive personal information about you from our global network of partners and service providers who may provide your data through our lead generation and deal registration process.

Aptos, LLC and its affiliates and subsidiaries may collect the personal information of individuals who are resident in the state of California, USA ("consumers" or "you").

We will only use the personal information provided in connection with the US Privacy Rights Request Form to review and comply with the request. If you do not provide this information, we may not be able to verify or complete your request in all circumstances.
If you wish to submit a verifiable consumer request on behalf of another individual we will also need sufficient information to verify that the individual is the person about whom we collected personal information and that you are authorized to submit the request on their behalf.
