The Forrester report identified the 13 most significant point of service vendors based on vendor surveys, executive presentations and customer references. Evaluations of the product road map, Tier 1 retail implementations and vision for the future of POS were also taken into consideration.
Following the extensive evaluation, Aptos was one of only four vendors to be designated as a “Leader.” Aptos received the highest possible score in the criteria of:
