Frank Lord Joins Aptos to Lead Global Sales Efforts

Lord Brings More Than 20 Years of Technology Sales Experience Focused on Helping

Retailers Improve Customer Experience, ROI and Competitive Advantage

ATLANTA, November 1, 2016 — Aptos, Inc., a recognized market leader in retail technology solutions, today announced the appointment of Frank Lord to the position of sales and revenue leader. Lord will be based in the United Kingdom and responsible for Aptos global sales as well as the partner alliances organization. The appointment aligns with Aptos’ strategy to provide world-class sales, services and partner teams to accelerate growth and speed-to-value for retailers across the globe.

Lord brings to Aptos more than 20 years of software and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sales leadership experience. He is the former vice president of Worldwide Sales at Oracle Retail and also held the title of vice president of EMEA and APAC Sales, where he was responsible for building sales teams, developing international sales strategies, opening new markets and channels, and establishing strong partner networks. Previous to this, Lord served as vice president of Sales at leading technology companies, including Art Technology Group (ATG), Cisco, and AT&T.

Lord’s hire follows several other key executive appointments recently announced by Aptos including Steve Towe, EMEA leader; Richard Willis, vice president, Solutions Management EMEA; and Debbie Whitmore, people leader EMEA. The addition of these executives, as well as Lord, will support the company’s European expansion following its recent acquisition of BT Expedite.
