MINISO was co-founded by Japanese designer Mr. Miyake Junya and Chinese young entrepreneur Mr. Ye Guofu in Tokyo, Japan, with the former being the creator of the brand concept and designer of their iconic items and the latter serving as CEO. As stores are the showcases for MINISO’s relationship with customers and the foundation of its brand, Aptos Store — integrated with Aptos CRM and Loyalty — will empower MINISO associates to deliver personalized, efficient and optimized interactions with shoppers.
MINISO Mexico will also deploy Aptos Audit and Operations Management, a central audit repository that receives all transaction data, ensures the data is consistent and accurate according to MINISO’s robust set of business rules, and then quickly feeds all validated data directly to the retail enterprise for a single version of truth.
