In business since 1907, today Purdys Chocolatier is the leading chocolatier in Canada, with 74 retail stores throughout British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario, an eCommerce presence that supports a mix of business-to-consumer (B2C), business-to-business (B2B), and group fundraising business lines throughout North America.

Aptos Digital Commerce will replace two legacy eCommerce systems ? one that supports Purdys direct-to-consumer business and another separate system that powers its group fundraising business. The needs and requirements of B2C and B2B eCommerce are very different, and organizations that support both sales models are often challenged to find a single eCommerce platform that can easily accommodate the full range of these needs and requirements. By replatforming on Aptos, Purdys Chocolatier will be able to consolidate the look and feel of the two sites, and gain key eCommerce functionality to support all its digital commerce as well as operational efficiencies through the use of common processes and a singular platform.
