Retailers Invited to Shop '5th Avenue in the Cloud' at NRF to Raise Money for Retail Orphan Initiative

Silent Auction at Aptos Booth #3504 will Feature Six Store Windows Showcasing Merchandise from The Art of Shaving, New Balance, Tumi, Vestis Retail Group, Windsor Fashion and Z Gallerie

NRF 2016 - NEW YORK CITY, Jan. 18, 2016 - While the retail industry assembles at the National Retail Federation's 105th Annual Convention and Expo - Retail's Big Show in New York City, in addition to the usual networking and exploration of technologies and trends impacting their business, theyll also have a chance to participate in a unique charity shopping experience to benefit children in need around the globe.

Show attendees are invited to visit Aptos booth #3504 to visit its Taking 5th Avenue to the Cloud experience featuring six store windows merchandised with a wide variety of goods donated by six retailers, which are all cloud customers of Aptos, Inc., (formerly Epicor Retail). Throughout the convention, attendees can bid on the contents of each window via silent auction to support Retail Orphan Initiative (RetailROI). RetailROI works within the retail industry to raise awareness and provide real solutions for the more than 400 million vulnerable children worldwide.

All auction proceeds will go to RetailROI and in addition, Aptos will match all funds raised through the auction up to $10,000.

A wide array of exciting merchandise will be showcased in the Fifth Avenue storefronts. The merchandise showcases each valued up to $1,000 or more include:

The Art of Shaving - merchandise for bid donated by one of the world's leading premium shaving brands includes a wide range of essential oil based grooming products and high-end shaving instruments to bring a bit of luxury to even the most discerning gentlemans shower-and-shave regimen.

New Balance - merchandise for bid donated by the iconic American footwear and apparel provider includes items to up your game on or off the court including the latest high performance sportswear for him and her, along with 10 pairs of custom-designed personalized athletic shoes in your choice of colors, styles and options.

Tumi - merchandise for bid donated by the leading global brand of premium travel, business and lifestyle products and accessories includes items to help you travel in high style, including an upscale back tote and expandable four-wheeled carry-on bag both in durable ballistic nylon.

Vestis Retail Group - merchandise for bid donated by one of the countrys largest outdoor-focused retail groups (including retailers Sport Chalet, Bobs Stores and Eastern Mountain Sports) includes recreational items to outfit you to hit the great outdoors.

Windsor Fashions - merchandise for bid donated by the womens apparel and accessories retailer includes an on-trend array of wardrobe must-haves, jewelry and footwear to dress to impress from head to toe.

Z Gallerie - merchandise for bid donated by the fashion-forward furniture and accessories retailer includes sophisticated home decor items including living room statement pieces, wall art and bar and serveware to brighten up your abode and liven up your entertaining.
