United Fashions of Texas Selects Aptos Point of Sale and CRM to Promote Greater Customer Engagement and Loyalty

The Apparel, Footwear and Accessories Retailer Begins an Exciting New Chapter in its
Long-Term Partnership with Aptos and its Use of the Aptos Singular Commerce Platform

ATLANTA, November 2, 2016 – Aptos, Inc., a recognized market leader in retail technology
solutions, today announced United Fashions of Texas, a San Antonio-based chain of family apparel, accessories and home goods, has selected the Aptos singular commerce platform as the foundation for its retail technology revitalization to promote greater and more personalized customer engagement.

Founded in 1976, and operating under the Melrose Family Fashions banner, United Fashions of Texas will leverage the market-leading Aptos Store point of sale (POS) solution to support seamless experiences within its 100 stores and 345 registers throughout Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Nevada and California. The new POS solution includes mobile functionality that empowers associates to freely engage with customers throughout the store environment and improve efficiency.

Additionally, United Fashions of Texas will deploy Aptos CRM to help cultivate long-term relationships with customers and remain relevant by quickly identifying and responding to their changing needs and desires. Providing a 360-degree view of each customer, Aptos CRM provides advanced tools for customer capture, analysis, segmentation and campaign management. Today, Aptos CRM solutions are used by more than 175 leading retail brands to manage and personalize interactions with over 250 million retail shoppers.

A long-term Aptos customer, the newly selected solutions will interact seamlessly with United Fashions of Texas’s existing retail technology, which includes Aptos Merchandising, Warehouse Management and Sales Audit.
