Aptos Recognized as a Strong Performer in Omnichannel Order Management Systems by Independent Research Firm

ATLANTA — Sept. 26, 2018 — Aptos, Inc., a recognized market leader in retail technology solutions, today announced it has been named a Strong Performer in “The Forrester Wave™: Omnichannel Order Management Systems, Q3 2018.”

In Forrester’s 40-criteria evaluation of omnichannel order management system (OMS) providers, the research firm identified the 10 most significant vendors and researched, analyzed and scored them based on lab evaluations, vendor surveys, product demos and customer reference calls.

Following the extensive analysis, Aptos was included among the “providers that matter most.” In addition to its recognition as a Strong Performer, Aptos received the highest possible score in the order channel capabilities criterion, and received its other highest scores in the criteria of distributed order management, professional services, contact center capabilities and enterprise inventory management.

Within the report, Forrester noted that Aptos is “laser focused on retail” and that its “customer references felt good about the solution’s capabilities and where the company is headed.” Aptos was cited for offering a “user-friendly” and “a clean UI that is intuitive and easy to use.”

Forrester went on to say that “Aptos has taken cues from the market well and put significant resources toward developing its OMS solution over the past two years.” Additionally, the research firm stated that Aptos Enterprise Order Management “best meets the needs of those retailers that are ready to make the move to omnichannel and want a natively connected suite of commerce solutions with an OMS...”
