Serving as Aptos’ Chief Human Resources Officer, Terry is a seasoned HR leader with more than 30 years of experience. He currently oversees Aptos’ organizational initiatives and global human resources, ensuring that these areas are core competencies and differentiators for the business.
Most recently, Terry served as Chief Human Resources Officer for Manhattan Associates. During his decade-long tenure, his global responsibilities included training and development, compensation and benefits, payroll, diversity, talent acquisition and community affairs. Terry also led the company’s customer education and change management consulting business.
Previously, he served as a Principal Consultant for Linkage, Inc. where he designed, developed and taught leadership and change management programs. Before that, Terry was the Senior Vice President of Human Resources for McKesson Corporation, leading all global human resources functions for McKesson’s Healthcare IT business.
Terry resides in Atlanta, Georgia, where Aptos is headquartered.
