To help retailers understand shoppers’ evolving expectations in the Golden Quarter, Aptos surveyed 4,000 consumers (2,000 in the UK and 2,000 in the US). We listened, analyzed and reported on respondents’ feedback on key topics including store experiences, stock availability and omnichannel purchase journeys.
