Children’s Apparel and Accessories Specialty Retailer Will Leverage Aptos Technology to Integrate Online and In-Store Worlds for Seamless Omni-Channel Journeys
ATLANTA, January 4, 2017 – Aptos, Inc., a recognized market leader in retail technology solutions, today announced The Gymboree Corporation has selected the Aptos Store and Mobile Store point of sale solutions along with Aptos Enterprise Order Management to deliver continuous customer experiences no matter where, when or how customers shop. The new solutions are in addition to Gymboree’s existing Aptos technology – Aptos Audit and Operations Management and Aptos Analytics.

Recognizing the criticality of the brick and mortar store for customer engagement, Gymboree will deploy the award-winning Aptos Store POS solution to support secure transaction processing and serve as the hub for the customer, inventory and order information needed to enable rich interactions. With Aptos Mobile Store, Gymboree store associates – armed with mobile devices – will be able to leverage the rich POS functionality without leaving the customer’s side.

Gymboree has also selected Aptos Enterprise Order Management, which will integrate with Aptos Store to deliver a complete view of inventory, orders and more across sales channels. Aptos Enterprise Order Management will also integrate with Gymboree’s existing eCommerce platform to allow Gymboree to manage all orders throughout their lifecycle, from initiation to fulfillment and back.
