Aptos ONE Powers Stellar FY25: Resilience, Growth and Strategic Customer Renewals

In a year defined by macroeconomic headwinds — from global trade uncertainty to unpredictable consumer spending — the results for Aptos’ fiscal year, which ended on September 30, tell a story of success. Our customers didn’t just weather the storm; they invested in unified commerce technology to support strategic, resilient growth.

That determination from our customers, combined with the dedication of our colleagues, is what propelled the Aptos business unit to solid achievements in fiscal year 2025.

Below are a few of our FY25 highlights:

  • Unified Commerce Leadership: 40% YoY increase in global SW/SaaS bookings.
  • Release Velocity: Achieved goal of moving from two releases – to five releases – per year for Aptos ONE and OMS.
  • Continuous Innovation: Largest R&D spend in company history; 92 new features added to Aptos ONE.
  • Customer Success: Billions of dollars of transactions processed on Aptos ONE, with significant increases in customers’ average basket size.

Key contributors to our FY25 performance were the accelerating selections of Aptos ONE, our modern POS solution, and several of our largest clients renewing and expanding their agreements with us to support their growth trajectories.

While it would be impossible to mention all the clients that contributed to our successful FY25, here are five significant deals that occurred in the second half of the year that helped us finish strong.

For a recap of customer milestones from the first half of FY25, read this previous blog.

Let’s dive in.

New Balance

Athletic footwear and apparel leader New Balance runs nearly the full Aptos tech stack — Store POS, Sales Audit, CRM, Merchandising, OMS, Analytics and Aptos ONE.

Late in our fiscal year, we signed a renewal with New Balance that included several new initiatives, such as providing support for an additional country and delivering innovations with our Analytics offering.

The renewal also reflected the outstanding growth New Balance is experiencing. As mentioned in a Business of Fashion article earlier this year, “In 2023, sales grew 23 percent versus the prior year to reach $6.5 billion. New Balance’s goal is to increase that figure to $10 billion in the next few years.”

Tommy Bahama

Iconic lifestyle brand Tommy Bahama is a longtime Aptos customer. A few months ago, Tommy Bahama deepened its relationship with Aptos when it selected Aptos ONE.

This investment will allow Tommy Bahama to enhance its already stellar guest experience, optimize store operations and support its multichannel growth strategy, including pop-up retail events.

Our modern POS solution will be deployed at this retailer’s more than 160 stores and will seamlessly integrate with the broader Aptos suite already live at Tommy Bahama —specifically, our CRM, Order Management, Merchandising and Sales Audit solutions.

Glik’s

Glik’s has the distinction of being one of the oldest family-owned fashion retailers in the U.S. With 70-plus stores and a growing e-commerce presence, Glik’s is thriving and is currently led by the fourth and fifth generations of the Glik family.

Near the end of our fiscal year, Glik’s invested in Aptos ONE and OMS to deliver powerful omnichannel and customer engagement capabilities. This initiative will yield key benefits, including more unified customer experiences across physical and digital channels, POS mobility, and simplified, centralized store operations management.

Glik’s is currently running our solutions for CRM, Merchandising, Warehouse Management and Sales Audit.

Road Runner Sports

Road Runner Sports is known for its groundbreaking shoe-fitting technology, comprehensive membership program and curated assortment of top brands.

This retailer has been using Aptos tech for many years (including Merchandising, CRM and Sales Audit), went live with our OMS last year and, most recently, committed to Aptos ONE.

The Aptos ONE deployment will extend to 50+ retail stores and will also be used for pop-up shops at events, expos and other gatherings.

WSS

Last but certainly not least, Aptos signed a strategic renewal with WSS, a neighborhood-focused, value-driven footwear and apparel retailer with over 150 stores.

That renewal included multiple solutions: notably, Aptos ONE, Order Management, Sales Audit, Merchandising and CRM.

In recent years, WSS adopted Aptos ONE, and their team has been generous in giving us feedback, sharing their experience with other retailers and the broader market, and collaborating every step of the way.

In Closing

As I remind myself and our colleagues often, we cannot control all the factors that impact retailer’s outcomes — like tariffs, inflation and consumer sentiment. But we can continue showing up for our customers every day and delivering the very best in solutions, services and support.

As we close the books on FY25, we are immensely proud of the trust our clients place in us, and we are energized to continue this momentum into the new fiscal year, helping retailers worldwide transform their customer experience and unlock their full growth potential.
